I love LOVE love this! I make this at least once a week. It is very quick to make which is great for during the week and it adds kick to any meal you're making. I make it without the cheese mixed in because I find the cheese makes it a little too heavy, but my family thinks it's perfect without the cheese.

Huge hit ... add a bay leaf and chopped garlic clove with a dsash of olive oil for a more home made flavour
