What You Need

2 eggs
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 whole wheat English muffin, split, toasted
2 Kraft Singles Fat Free Cheese Slices
1 Tbsp. salsa
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes

Make It

BEAT eggs and cumin in small microwaveable bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) 1-1/2 min. or until egg mixture is almost set, stirring every 30 sec. Cover. Let stand 30 sec.

SPOON evenly onto muffin halves.

TOP evenly with Singles, salsa and tomatoes.
