what you need

1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
2 whole oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1 lb. (500 g) ground turkey
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
4 whole grain sandwich buns, grilled
1 medium each: yellow and red tomato, sliced

PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Combine barbecue sauce and sun-dried tomatoes; set aside. Reserve 4 of the basil leaves for later use; chop remaining basil. Mix the chopped basil, turkey, bread crumbs and 2 Tbsp. of the barbecue sauce mixture. Shape into four patties.

GRILL 5 min. on each side or until burgers are cooked through (170°F).

PLACE patties on bottom halves of buns; cover with the sliced tomatoes, reserved basil leaves and tops of buns. Serve with the remaining barbecue sauce mixture.

How to Chop Fresh Herbs
To easily chop fresh leafy herbs, such as cilantro, parsley, basil, mint and sage, pick the leaves from the stems and place on a cutting board. Using a chef's knife and holding the tip end down, cut back and forth across the herbs. Be sure that your knife is sharp - a dull knife will bruise the leaves. For best results, use the herbs as soon as possible after chopping.
