COOK chops in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
ADD vegetables to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in barbecue sauce; bring just to boil, stirring occasionally.
RETURN chops to skillet; spoon sauce over chops. Simmer 3 to 5 min. or until chops are done (160ºF) and heated through, turning after 3 min.
