What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) new red potatoes, halved
2 tsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1 onion, sliced
2 cups frozen peas
1/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing

Make It

PLACE potatoes in microwaveable dish; cover. Microwave on HIGH 15 min. or until tender.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and onions; cook 10 min. or until chicken is done (170°F), turning chicken and stirring onions after 5 min.

ADD potatoes and remaining ingredients; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through.

Note
This is a great way to use leftover cooked potatoes. Just cube enough of the potatoes to measure 2-1/2 cups. Omit the potato microwaving step. Cook chicken and onions in hot oil, then continue as directed.
