What You Need

1 lb. (500 g) extra lean ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup water
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
2 pkg. (3 oz./85 g each) ramen noodle soup mix, beef flavour
1/2 cup Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Make It

BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in peppers, tomatoes, water and dressing.

RESERVE flavour packets from soup mixes for another use. Add dry noodles to skillet. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.

REMOVE from heat. Sprinkle with cheese.

Variation - Saucy Chicken Ramen Skillet
Prepare as directed, substituting 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces, for the ground beef.

Prepare as directed, using any flavour ramen noodle soup mix you have on hand.
