COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet. Add cream cheese spread, broth, dressing, onions and basil to skillet; stir. Return chicken to skillet. Cook and stir 2 to 4 min. or until sauce begins to thicken and chicken is done (170°F). Add peas and tomatoes; cook 2 to 4 min. or until peas are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
DRAIN pasta. Serve topped with chicken and sauce.
