  • Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chops and vegetables; cook 2 min. or until bottoms of chops are browned. Turn chops.
  • Top with oregano, dressing and tomatoes. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 12 min. or until chops are done (160ºF), stirring vegetable mixture occasionally.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.

Serving Suggestion

    This is very good. I used fresh vegs. and added cooked mushrooms at the end. Just used shredded cheese which I had on hand and it was excellent. Will make again with different vegs. and add-ons.
