What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 jar (454 mL) salsa
1 can (540 mL) black beans, rinsed
1 cup Kraft Tex Mex Light Shredded Cheese

Make It

COOK chicken in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.

ADD salsa and beans. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF).

TOP with cheese. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Prepare using 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs.

Save 480 mg sodium per serving by substituting 1 undrained can (454 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes and 1 tsp. each dried oregano and basil for the salsa.
