What You Need

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

Make It

PLACE chicken in shallow dish. Mix dressing and cheese; pour over chicken. Turn chicken over to coat both sides of each breast. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

HEAT oven to 425ºF. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet

BAKE 20 min. or until done (170ºF).

Make Ahead
Place all ingredients in resealable freezer-weight plastic bag; seal bag. Freeze up to 3 months. When ready to serve, heat oven to 350ºF. Remove frozen chicken from bag; discard bag and marinade. Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet; bake 1 hour or until done (170ºF). No need to thaw the chicken first. Or to cut the baking time in half, thaw the chicken in the refrigerator before removing from bag and baking.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot buttered egg noodles along with your family's favourite hot cooked green vegetable.
Asian Sesame Chicken
Prepare as directed, using Kraft Signature Asian Sesame Dressing and substituting 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed for the 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
