  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook sausage in large skillet on medium heat 10 min. Add peppers; cook and stir 7 min. or until sausage is done and peppers are crisp-tender. Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 min. or until heated through.
  • Drain pasta. Add to sausage mixture with shredded cheese; mix well.
  • Top with Parmesan.

    I used a whole box of rigatoni for this, so I increased the tomatoes and used two tins. I also added sliced mushrooms and sauteed them with the peppers. My kids have always loved this recipe, and it was delicious again tonight!

    Really quick & easy for a week night dinner. Everyone in my family loved it. I did as someone suggested and let the liquid simmer away, then added the cheese.
