Sesame-Ginger Shrimp and Beans recipe

What You Need

1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing, divided
1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh green beans, cooked
2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. (450 g) uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 Tbsp. water
2-2/3 cups hot cooked brown rice
1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted

Make It

HEAT 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add beans, ginger and garlic; cook and stir 3 min.

STIR in shrimp, remaining dressing and water; cook 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink.

SPOON shrimp mixture over rice; top with sesame seed.

Make Ahead
To save time, cook a large batch of brown rice, cool and freeze. Thaw in refrigerator, then reheat in microwave before serving.
