COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting the salt. Meanwhile, mix broth, dressing and soy sauce. Heat oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic; stir-fry 3 min. or until crisp-tender.
ADD broth mixture to skillet with broccoli, peppers and tofu; cover. Cook on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
DRAIN pasta. Serve topped with vegetable mixture.
