TOSS 4 sliced red apples with 1/4 cup sugar and a dash of cinnamon in a baking dish.

COAT 6 boneless pork chops with SHAKE'N BAKE Crispy Pork Coating Mix and place over the apples.

BAKE at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
