what you need

2 whole roasting chickens (2-1/2 lb./1.1 kg each)
2 pouches Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Coat chickens with coating mix. Place, side by side, in roasting pan.

BAKE 1 hour or until chickens are cooked through (170°F) and juices run clear.

SERVE with roasted potato wedges and your favourite cooked vegetables.
