PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Remove skin from 12 chicken drummettes; coat with contents of 1 pouch Shake'n Bake BBQ Wings Coating as directed on package. Place in shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining coating mixture in shaker bag.
BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
MEANWHILE, cut 2 carrots and 2 celery stalks into sticks. Serve with the chicken as dippers with 1/2 cup Kraft Light Rancher's Choice Dressing.
