The basil and garlic powder are very overwhelming. If you like those flavors, it's a great recipe.

This recipe was surprisingly good. I am not a big fan of KD Mac & Cheese, but the deluxe was so cheesy and creamy. I did not have fresh basil so i used dried basil instead and the taste was just as fresh. I loved the tomato inside the pasta as well, i thought it was going to be soggy, but it was not soggy at all. This was given a ***** star rating by my boyfriend and i. I look forward to making it again. I was even thinking, of adding bacon the next time i make it.
