What You Need

1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
8 slices pound cake, 3/4 inch thick
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries (about 16)
2 cups sliced kiwi (about 4), halved

Make It

ADD lemon peel to whipped topping; stir gently until well blended.

PLACE 1 cake slice on each of eight dessert plates just before serving. Top evenly with the whipped topping mixture and fruit.

Toast or grill the pound cake slices before using as directed.
Special Extra
Garnish with a light sprinkling of sliced almonds.
