What You Need

1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (28 fl oz/798 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
3 cups whole wheat penne pasta, uncooked
1 lb. (450 g) cooked cleaned shrimp
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

Make It

HEAT large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add dressing, onions and garlic; cook 2 min. Stir in tomatoes; cook 12 min., stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package.

ADD shrimp to sauce; cook 2 min. or until heated through.

DRAIN pasta; toss with shrimp mixture. Top with cheese.

Special Extra
A light 2-Tbsp. sprinkling of chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, basil or oregano, can further brighten the flavours of this tasty dish. Simply sprinkle over the pasta before serving.
