COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding asparagus to the boiling water the last 3 min.
MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Stir in shrimp and garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add cream cheese spread and broth; cook 2 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and shrimp is heated through, stirring frequently. Stir in 3 Tbsp. Parmesan.
DRAIN pasta mixture. Add to skillet; toss to coat. Transfer to platter; top with remaining Parmesan.
