what you need

2 leeks, white part only, finely julienned
1 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup white wine
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 pkg. (10 oz/284 g) fresh spinach, washed & coarsley chopped
1/2 lb. (250 g) cooked, peeled large shrimp, thawed & drained

make it

SAUTÉ leeks in butter in large frypan on medium heat until tender. Add cream cheese, milk, wine & mustard; stir until smooth.

ADD spinach to sauce mixture; cover & cook 2 minutes. Stir in shrimp & cook just until heated through. Serve over rice.

PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese may be substituted for the regular PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese.
