what you need

Mix & match your recipe from these options...

meat options BBQ sauce choices seasoning possibilities
chicken pieces Sweet & Sour ½ cup orange juice and a dash of ginger
sirloin steak Onion ½ cup red wine and a few spoonfuls Dijon mustard
pork chops Chicken'N Rib a few spoonfuls each soy sauce and Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
salmon steaks Regular a few spoonfuls each Dijon mustard and maple syrup

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

COMBINE 1 cup Kraft BBQ Sauce and seasoning in a resealable plastic food storage bag.

ADD meat (a piece per person) and seal bag. Marinate in fridge for an hour or overnight (salmon only needs an hour).

GRILL meat over high heat until thoroughly cooked.

Confused about rare, medium and well-done cooking times - there's a simple trick to this. Feel the muscle at the base of your thumb while pinching your thumb and forefinger together. That's what a rare steak feels like when it's pressed. For medium-rare, medium and well-done, press your middle, ring and baby finger to your thumb respectively.
