what you need

Take 1/4 cup melted butter, 3 pkg. (250 g each ) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 3 eggs and mix & match your recipe from these options...

crumb options add-in choices finishing touch possibilities
vanilla after pouring, swirl into batter ½ cup heated raspberry jam raspberries, mint and dollops of Cool Whip Topping
ginger zest and juice from one orange, 4 squares melted and cooled Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate orange slices and zest
graham 2 toffee bars broken into bite-size pieces chocolate drizzle and toffee pieces
chocolate ½ cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter chocolate glaze* and chopped peanuts

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

COMBINE 11/4 cups crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

BEAT 3 pkg.(250 g each) softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add 3 eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended. Stir in add-ins and pour into prepared crust.

BAKE at 350°F for 40 minutes or until centre is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Add the finishing touch.

*Chocolate Glaze
For a simple chocolate glaze, heat ½ cup whipping cream and 6 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate over low heat - pour chocolate mixture over chilled cheesecake.
