What You Need!

2 eggs, beaten
1 container  (500 g) low-fat cottage cheese
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
2 cups  KRAFT Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese, divided
1 jar  (700 mL) pasta sauce, divided
9 lasagne noodles, cooked, drained

Make It!

HEAT oven to 350°F. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.

LAYER 1 cup pasta sauce, 3 lasagne noodles and 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture in 13x9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and cheeses.

BAKE 45 min. or until heated through. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

" Very delicious. I added finely chopped sauteed mushrooms into the mixture and used an alfredo and sundried tomato sauce. So great. Took a little while to make but well worth!"
