What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) extra lean ground beef
1   green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup  KRAFT BarBQ Sauce
4 KRAFT SINGLES Process Cheese Product Slices, cut in half
4   whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. Add vegetables; cook until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

STIR in barbecue sauce; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

FILL buns with meat mixture and Singles.

Shortcut
There's no need for a separate melting step for the Singles in these sandwiches. The residual heat heat from the meat mxture will melt the Singles perfectly.
