Sirloin on the BBQ recipe

What You Need

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb./450 g), 1 to 1-1/2 inches thick
1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Guinness Draught Beer Blend Barbecue Sauce

Make It

MIX first 4 ingredients; brush onto steak. Refrigerate 30 min.

HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat. Grill steak 4 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Remove from barbecue; cover. Let stand 5 min.

SLICE steak. Serve with barbecue sauce.
