Take 2 lb. stewing beef, 1 chopped onion and mix & match your recipe from these options...

mushrooms and green beans Kraft Regular BBQ Sauce and beef broth stir in a spoonful sour cream and serve over egg noodles
celery and mushrooms Kraft Onion BBQ Sauce and red wine serve over instant white rice
squash and peppers Kraft Thick and Spicy BBQ Sauce and beef broth stir in corn, top with Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Shreds; serve with tortilla chips
carrots and celery Kraft Sweet & Sour BBQ Sauce and chicken broth serve with instant white rice; top with chow mein noodles

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

ADD cubes of stewing beef (two pounds for 4) and 1 chopped onion to slow cooker container.

ADD chopped vegetables and sauces (1 cup each) to meat mixture.

COVER and cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours or until vegetables and beef are tender. Finish with the serving suggestions.

Ingredients can be prepared the night before and refrigerated in the stoneware bowl. In the morning, simply place bowl in heating base and turn on to desired setting to cook.

" I made the variation with the red wine, and I thought there was too much bbq sauce. I might try it with beef broth and wine, and use a method from another recipe I recently tried to thicken the gravy a bit. The meat was very very tender though and with some tweaking this has lots of potential. "
