What You Need

1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 pkg. (28 g) onion soup mix
1 boneless beef pot roast (2-1/2 lb./1.1 kg)
1 lb. (450 g) new red potatoes
1 pkg. (340 g) baby carrots
1 onion, thickly sliced

Make It

MIX first 3 ingredients.

PLACE meat in slow cooker; top with vegetables and sauce. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 8 to 9 hours (or on HIGH 6 to 7 hours).
