ADD pasta sauce to slow cooker.
COMBINE dry stuffing mix, meat, egg and water. Shape into 1-inch meatballs; place in slow cooker. Top with mushrooms and peppers; cover with lid. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours).
COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain, then place on serving platter. Top with the meatballs and sauce. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
