This was very tasty and satisfied my never ending craving for alfredo (which I never give in to....until now!). I did make some alterations though: I omitted nutmeg and instead added a bunch of garlic (yum!) and found the sauce really runny, so I added another tsp of flour. Then once I had mixed the sauce and noodles, I cooked them together over med-high heat for a few minutes (stirring constantly) just to bind it together and thicken the sauce. Turned out great!
