  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, mix broth and flour with whisk in medium saucepan. Stir in cream cheese product, 1 Tbsp. Parmesan, nutmeg and pepper; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 2 min. or until thickened.
  • Drain pasta; return to pan. Add sauce; toss to coat. Top with remaining Parmesan and parsley.

    the nutmeg is brutal in this recipe.

    We found this recipe very bland. I added 3 cloves garlic, a sweet onion, a dash of cayenne, but could find nothing to perk it up. I love to eat healthy but I love it to taste good. Very disappointed.
