what you need

1 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread
1/3 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
90 g smoked salmon, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
Grated peel from 1 lemon (about 1 Tbsp.)

make it

MIX cream cheese spread, mayonnaise and sour cream until well blended.

ADD salmon and lemon peel; stir gently until well blended.

SERVE with Christie Wheat Thin Crackers.

Add 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill along with the salmon and lemon peel.
Make Ahead
For enhanced flavour, store dip, covered, in refrigerator several hours or overnight before serving.
Food Facts
Thinly sliced smoked salmon, also known as lox, or cooled cooked smoked salmon or trout fillets also work well in this recipe.
