What You Need

1 tub (150 g) Philadelphia Whipped Plain Cream Cheese Product
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
2 tsp. lemon zest
1 English cucumber, cut into 48 slices
8-1/2 oz. (240 g) smoked salmon, cut into 48 small pieces

Make It

MIX cream cheese product, dill and zest until well blended.

SPOON onto cucumbers.

ROLL up salmon pieces; place over cream cheese mixture.

Cooking Know-How
For an elegant touch, instead of chopping the dill, tuck a small sprig of fresh dill into each rolled salmon piece.
