What You Need

1/2 cup pineapple chunks in light syrup, drained
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. orange juice or pineapple juice
2 ice cubes

Make It

PLACE all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth.

SERVE immediately.

If a thicker consistency is desired, add more ice cubes; cover and blend until smooth.
