What You Need

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) chicken gravy
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup hot water
4 slices bread
2 cups frozen peas, cooked

Make It

ADD chicken to large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook 3 min. on each side. Add gravy to skillet; cook 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

MEANWHILE, combine stuffing mix and water. Spoon stuffing over chicken; cover. Cook 5 min. or until heated through.

PLACE each stuffing topped chicken breast on 1 bread slice. Top with gravy from skillet. Serve with hot cooked peas.

You can also use chicken cutlets which can also be listed as chicken scallopini in the meat aisle of your grocery. You will also find turkey, pork and veal versions.
