WASH a head of lettuce, 1/2 bunch of broccoli and 1 red pepper in a sink filled with cold water.
SEPARATE lettuce leaves from the core and swish in the water. Drain in a sieve or dish rack.
TEAR lettuce and snip other ingredients with scissors into a salad bowl. For extra calcium, snip and add 2 Singles slices.
TOSS with 1/3 cup of your favourite Kraft Dressing.
