HEAT oven to 375ºF.
PLACE cherries in 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
BLEND next 4 ingredients in blender until well blended. Add flour, sugar and zest; pulse 30 sec. or until well blended. Pour over cherries.
BAKE 20 min. Remove from oven. Heat broiler. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until top is puffed and golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
