What You Need

2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 of a (19 fl oz/540 mL) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup rinsed and drained black beans
3 slices deli style honey ham, chopped
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 cup instant white rice, cooked

Make It

HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and onion; cook 4 min., turning chicken over after 2 min.

ADD tomatoes, beans, ham and pepper sauce. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through, turning chicken over after 5 min.

SERVE over hot cooked rice.
