Fresh ground turkey is available year-round, so you don't have to wait for outdoor grilling season to enjoy these burgers. To prepare indoors, assemble patties as directed and cook in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 7 to 9 minutes on each side until a digital meat thermometer inserted into the patty registers 170ºF. Ground turkey is also delicious in meatballs!
