Soy-Marinated Flank Steak recipe

What You Need

1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 beef flank steak (1 lb./450 g), 1 inch thick, trimmed

Make It

MIX all ingredients except steak; pour over steak in shallow dish. Turn to coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

HEAT greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 to 6 min. on each side or to medium doneness.

REMOVE from barbecue; cover. Let stand 8 to 10 min. before cutting across the grain into thin slices.
