ADD boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in ginger ale. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened.
STIR in fruit; pour into 6 (5-oz.) paper or plastic cups.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold just before serving. Top each with 1 tsp. Cool Whip.
