What You Need

1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (9.1 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Lemon Jelly Powder
1 cup diet ginger ale
1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
2 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, divided

Make It

ADD boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in ginger ale. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened.

STIR in fruit; pour into 6 (5-oz.) paper or plastic cups.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold just before serving. Top each with 1 tsp. Cool Whip.

How to Unmold Fruit Cups
Dip each cup in warm water 15 sec. Remove from water. Hold cup upright and shake to loosen jelly, then unmold onto plate. Or, gently pull jelly from edge with fingers, then unmold onto plate.
