meat/shrimp options sauce choices vegetable possibilities
boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 2 Tbsp. Kraft Signature Asian Sesame Dressing, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups cubed red, green and yellow peppers, 2 green onions, sliced
boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips 2 Tbsp. Kraft Signature Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce, 2 tsp. minced gingerroot 1 cup chopped broccoli, 1 can (227 mL) sliced water chestnuts, drained
boneless pork chops, cut into strips 2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. sesame oil, 2 tsp. sesame seed 2 carrots, sliced 1 cup bean sprouts, 2 green onions, sliced
uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined 2 Tbsp. Kraft Catalina Dressing, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, Dash chili flakes 1/2 cup snow peas, 1/2 cup sliced red peppers

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

MIX sauce ingredients. Add 1 Tbsp. sauce mixture to 1/2 lb./225 g meat/shrimp; toss to coat. Let stand 5 min.

STIR-FRY meat/shrimp mixture and vegetables in oil in nonstick wok or skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until meat/shrimp is cooked through.

ADD remaining sauce mixture; simmer 2 min. Serve over rice.

Make it Easy
You can buy beef and chicken already cut into strips and shrimp peeled and deveined at most grocery stores. Vegetables, such as broccoli, peppers and snow peas are also available pre-cut in bags in your produce section.
Jazz It Up
Sprinkle 1/4 cup crushed almonds, cashews or peanuts on any of these stir-fries for added crunch.
