kraft kitchens tips

Cooking Know-How
Did you know you can make instant rice on the stove top, in the microwave or by simply boiling a kettle? Just pour boiling water over the rice in a bowl and let stand, covered, until absorbed. Fluff lightly with fork before serving.
Substitute
If you happen to have frozen vegetables on hand, such as stir-fry mix or peas and carrots, feel free to use them instead of fresh. Just add with the sauce.
Make it Easy
When you have some extra time, slice a variety of vegetables, such as peppers, broccoli and carrots and keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. Then they're ready for a quick stir-fry or to snack on during the week.
