BROWN chicken in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. on each side. Remove from skillet; set aside.
ADD oil, garlic and onion to skillet; sauté 1 min. or until tender. Add spice and sauce. Bring to boil.
RETURN chicken to skillet; cover. Cook 10 min. Reduce heat to medium-low; turn chicken. Stir in add-ins. Cook an additional 10 min. or until heated through.
