What You Need

1/3 cup Maxwell House Original Roast Coffee
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
5 cups cold water
2 cups milk

Make It

PLACE coffee and spices in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker; brew.

MEANWHILE, microwave milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until hot, but not boiling. Holding wire whisk between palms of hands, vigorously twirl whisk in milk 5 min. or until milk is foamy.

POUR coffee into mugs; top with foamed milk.

If you usually have skim milk on hand - great news! It foams better than other milks, so feel free to use it in this recipe.

If you have specialty coffee mugs, try rimming the edges with crystallized sugar before filling with prepared drink.
