PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Separate chicken wings at joints; discard tips.
MOISTEN wings with water; shake off excess. Empty coating mix into shaker bag. Add wings, in batches of 3 or 4; close bag and shake gently until evenly coated. Place in single layer in shallow foil-lined baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining coating mix.
BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until cooked through.
