What You Need

1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
1-1/2 tsp. garam masala
1-1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Koftas are beef meatballs flavoured with a blend of Indian seasonings.

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

MIX ingredients until well blended.

SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) meatballs; place in 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 20 min. or until done (160ºF).

Serving Suggestion
To serve with raita, combine 1-1/4 cups each finely chopped English cucumbers and plain Balkan-style yogurt, 2/3 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing and 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint. (Note: Nutrition Information does not include raita.)
Special Extra
For stronger curry flavour, add 1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves to meat mixture before shaping into meatballs.
