What You Need

1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp.  cayenne pepper
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp.  sesame oil
1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE SWEET & STICKY Barbecue Sauce
2 lb.  (900 g) chicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed
1 green onion, sliced

Make It

COMBINE seasonings, oil and barbecue sauce in large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with seasoning mixture. Refrigerate 30 min.

PREHEAT oven to 450ºF. Place chicken in single layer in shallow foil-lined baking pan. Bake 15 min. or until cooked through.

TRANSFER chicken to serving platter; sprinkle with onions.

How to Grill on the Barbecue
Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat. Prepare marinade as directed, omitting the barbecue sauce. Add chicken to bag as directed. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Grill chicken 19 to 20 min. or until cooked through, turning occasionally and brushing with the barbecue sauce for the last 10 min. of the grilling time.
