What You Need

1/2 cup sliced avocados
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 cups baby spinach leaves
1 small orange, peeled, cut into sections
3 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. Kraft Catalina Dressing
2 Tbsp. pecan halves, toasted

Make It

TOSS avocados with lemon juice in medium bowl. Add spinach, orange sections, orange juice and dressing; toss lightly.

SPOON onto 2 serving plates; top with nuts.

SERVE immediately.

Substitute
Substitute passion fruit juice for the orange juice. Look for it in cans or bottles in the juice section of most larger supermarkets.
Substitute
Substitute 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) mandarin orange segments, drained, for the orange sections.

Add 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds to salad with pecans.
