Spinach Lasagne

What You Need

2 eggs, beaten
1 container (500 g) low-fat cottage cheese
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
2 cups Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, divided
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese, divided
1 jar (700 mL) pasta sauce, divided
9 lasagne noodles, cooked, drained

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX eggs, cottage cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.

LAYER 1 cup pasta sauce, 3 lasagne noodles and half the cottage cheese mixture in 13x9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and cheeses.

BAKE 45 min. or until heated through. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
