what you need

1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 small onion, chopped
8 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup Kraft 3 Cheese Mexicana Finely Shredded Cheese
Sour cream

Just follow our simple steps

MIX 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained , with 1 small onion, chopped, and 8 slightly beaten eggs in large bowl.

HEAT 2 Tbsp. oil in large non-stick frypan on medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup egg mixture per pancake. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. Kraft 3 Cheese Blend Shredded Cheese on top of each pancake.

COOK 2 min. per side turning once, until pancake is golden brown on each side. Top each serving with 2 Tbsp. sour cream, if desired.
